Default Posting comments about vendors

Maybe not the most timely post but whatever....

This link https://mustangforums.com/m_2338819/tm.htmjust strikes me the wrong way. I'm a grown adult and pretty level headed too I might add! I do NOT need a group of moderators holding my hand and checking to see IF they feelI have a valid concern regarding a dispute between myself and a vender. In a business sense I completely understandwhat all venders bring to these forums. I also understand what a captive audience brings to these same venders. If the moderators would control these questionable threads BEFORE they get to bashing and what have you we wouldn't have to have a stupid 'blanket' policy like this.
I would guess by speaking out against a few moderators like this I have singled myself out maybe even to the point of getting a forced vacation (LOL) but so be it!

To add more fuel;
Nice 'cheap' shot to rest of the venders, MikeHawke! Being Assistant Administrator I'm guessing both, I'm fixing to get black flagged and each of the other vendors really like you feel free to express your opinions so freely bashing every other vender!

Additionally, I have PERSONALLY dealt with Fred from Evolution. He has treated me very well and helped make shipping easy and affordable, which is usually NOT the case when dealing with American vendors from Canada.

I am very pleased with my C&L and Xcal 2 combo I bought from him.

Fred also responded to all of my inquiries in a very reasonable amount of time. He even called me on the phone a couple of times.

Now I have seen what happens to members (like myself)that question some of the moderators on here so I guess it's my turn to feel the wrath because I feel strongly enough about this to voice my opinion showing I disagree with double standards..........

05SDI- I think that this is the whole point of the site. We all get on here to share our experiences-- no matter if they are good or bad. We share races, questions from others that are more knowledgable, technical talk, debates, polls, events coming up, opinions about everything, and well... good or BAD experiences. I read the link that you had in your thread and even emailed the guy about a problem that I'm currently having with American Muscle. I still posted that problem though on the boards a few weeks back. It wasn't more or less to bash the company (may have seemed like that but not my intention) but more for the other people on here to maybe help me out and give me a solution or idea that I haden't thought about yet. I know that the vendors pay to be on here to help there business but then again if they are going to take advange and people tend to have problems with them then that should also be expressed. It will eliminate others from using those companies if there is a pattern of poor customer service and poor quality assurance. One bad experiance I can understand but you need to post it to see if it has happen to others as well and if the problem consist then we all know to stay away from that vendor & others don't get taking advantage of. These are my thoughts are about the whole thing- JMO

Ahh Yes it does as it is a DIRECT REPLY to a sticky in that same forum!

Nice job of hiding this thread 28HopUp!
Funny you decide to brush thisthread to a section of the forumthat gets less the 100 hits a day, and still you elect NOT to reply to it!
What a joke when a member disagrees with the mighty MODERATORS they either get black balled or now brushed off and hidden off in some NON visual section! This site is quicklylosing it's appeal and it's abillity to know who it needs (members, vendors, moderators)to be the site it once was or even a site worthy of band width.
Seems to meit would have been better to respond then run and hide!
