Well I will start this saying I am an offtopic junkie. I was really happy when offtpic posts started to count because that is pretty much the other place I posted, but lately it has gotten really bad in there. People are making one word posts (I.E. "+1" "ok" etc) just to increase their post count. We are having people in the 2k range just from this kind of thing. It has gotten to be a really big problem and almost a competition to see who has be the biggest "post *****".

I think the offtopic posts should be made not to count towards post count again, and have the OT posts taken away from current post counts.

I am sure there are plenty of other forums users who feel the same way.
