Avatar from link - having trouble

Hey-

Trying to add an avatar from a photobucket link. I paste the photobucket link where I assume it would go... But nothing. Any ideas? The link should be good.

A mistake I made the first time I posted my avatar and it wouldn't work: I didn't hit the "Apply" button on the bottom
