I would like to find out why my 1979 pace car has differenthorse decals on the side of the car? the original owner states it was recieved from the Deerborn plant,exported into Canada tothe local Ford dealership. the four horses in question appear to begalloping not running, the colors are fine but in different order. What i undestand, the owner had the option to do what they wanted with the decals ,the only ones put on were the horses. Any thoughts!

 

The drivers and passenger side have different decals altogether? I cant picture the decals at the moment and im not quite sure i follow youre description. Got pics? Theres a post on the main page on how post pics.

 

I found a book with the 79 pace car in it and it has 4 horses on both sides with the darkest horse facing the front on both sides.
