Do the vendors have 'mod powers' in their own sections? There's one section in particular that has several posts asking for the discount code, and despite the vendors asking people to "please don't post the code in the open forum, PM me thanks", I still see people posting these discount codes.

I buy stuff from our sponsors, and I enjoy the extra discount that I get for being a MF member. However, if these 'discount codes' are continuously posted, I have a feeling they won't exist anymore. [&o]

I don't think they do. If they did, I would think they would just edit some posts so it isn't shown, but alas that isn't the case here and here...
