how do i get my personal info off the active forum users page/delete cookies??

Its not spyware, all it takes is a little code and everything from your IP address to your browser type and evensome folders(not actual files) on your hard drive can be seen. Its the net, its a big network of connected computers, and yours is connected to even mine as right now. Just gotta deal with it.
