I have no idea if this is the right place to ask this or what i should do but about 3 weeks ago i bought a bumper from a member on here. Paypaled him the money and he said i should have it in a week. However i have seen no sign of it and he is not responding to any of my messages. What should i do???? Thanks.

How do i file a complaint and will this resolve the problem? I guess i cant look at his profile to find his email adress too?

 

Filing a complaint will usually result in getting your payment refunded. Paypal will try to work with both the buyer and the seller to resolve the dispute. Usually if one party is in the wrong they do not respond to paypal and the other party wins. Even if they do respond they are required to show proof of a tracking number to guarantee the item was shipped. Therefore go to the Paypal website and file a complaint as howarmat said.

 

FYI, you need to do this fast....you only get money back if there is money currently in his account.....otherwise even if paypal finds in you favor you might not get the money back
