I keep getting an error 403 everytime I try to post in general tech. Just a reply to a post. I tried Internet Explorer and Mozilla. Deleted cache cookies and etc... What the heck?

bump, Im still getting 403. I know we are going through upgrades, but in the last 2 days, this is the only place I have been able to post...
