how do you post pics??

well, there's a couple of ways to do it.
first, you can go to the 'go advanced' button below the quick reply box; then when the advanced reply page opens, go to 'manage attachments'. you are very limited on what you can upload, though, using this method.
the second way is to get an account with a image hosting site, like photobucket or imageshack (i use photobucket). i'm not sure about imageshack, but other than registering, photobucket gives you a free account. then, in any reply box on this forum, all you need to do is type image codes in your reply and your pic will appear. for this forum, the image code you type is "[img]name of url link[/img]" (without the quotes). photobucket also automatically gives you this image code when you upload an image, so all you have to do is copy and paste.

i didn't think so. i was able to post pics my first week after joining and with only around 20 or 30 posts; i suppose some of the rules might have changed, though

You can post pics as a new member for your first post. You have to have 50 posts or more to post a FS thread but thats the only limiting factor. Photobucket acct is free and helps to resize pics and post on the forum with just a click of a link...... you will learn to use the [img] [/img] tags more to!
