from what ive heard, ROTM and IB are still converting other sites over to the new software, which is consuming most if not all of their time. im sure things like smilies, contributor/moderator/tech tags, and other "dress-up" items, will be addressed when the process of converting all the sites to the new vBulletin software is completed.
