i want to post a wanted ad. i'm educated on mustangs thanks to my husband who loves them. my husband is currently in afganistan. he has been since march 08 & is coming home this march. i want to suprise him w/ a mustang sitting in our driveway, just having a hard time finding one w/ my requirements, can i post a wanted ad somewhere? i just joined & i'll try to be as active as possible but we have two lil ones i stay busy with..

that's my #1 requirement, it has to be v8 & a 5 speed. although i'm not sure how i'm going to get it home once i buy a car, i'll probably have to tow it.. i 'can' drive a 5 speed, i just stall it every time i stop & it takes me atleast 5 minutes to get it to go again. lol. hubby tried to teach me on his old mustangs, a 94 5.0 (i totalled it out, b/c i stalled it while making a left hand turn & it was tboned) & 98 4.6 (i sold it while he was in ait).. so i'm feeling like i owe him a mustang..

 

I understand your situation and if I am correct you have to have 50+ posts in the tech sections and one month of membership to the site to post a "wanted "
in the "Want to buy section." You should be able to see the want ads but I don't think you can make one for yourself. Go ahead and try but if it gets yanked and you get an infraction or warning just PM me and I will take care of it!
