Deleting an Account

I can't find anywhere how to delete this account. I want to leave. I don't want all the emails but everywhere I look I turn up nothing. Can someone tell me how to cancel please?

Turn off your e-mail notifications in your user cp.

Somebody gave him what he asked for. As stated, he could have simply changed the settings in his User CP to turn off the emails. Me thinks he got himself banned for other reasons...
