lately (mainly the last week or so) almost every time i post, i get a message of either 'you must wait 30 seconds between posts' or something like 'this is a duplicate post'. just wanted to know if anyone knew what the deal was. thanks

After it takes a while to load, mine will say 'duplicate post' or 'wait 15 seconds'.

 

Yeah the forum is really slow sometimes and does this to me. Others times I have no problem.

 

now, every once in a while, i have to log in twice before the site actually recognizes me
