in your user control panel, under 'settings and options', go to 'edit signature'. then type in whatever info you'd like. or if you have a picture you want to use, the best thing to do is to get an image hosting account (like photobucket or imageshack), and use the image code for the forum to show the picture: [img] file link [/img]
