Received this message today via email:

Dear SaddleUp,

Someone has tried to log into your account on MustangForums.com with an incorrect password at least 5 times. This person has been prevented from attempting to login to your account for the next 15 minutes.

The person trying to log into your account had the following IP address: 209.200.201.142

Is this spam or real?

I would treat it as real.

Just an FYI, and you don't have to confirm if it is or isn't but make your password something complicated.

No match to any member at MF. But I did a WhoIs search on that IP. Rather than me posting it here, I suggest you do a search yourself at www.whois.net and look to see if any of the names look familiar. I'm guessing it's just a spam fishing group, but you never know. We've had the same message as yours from a few other members.

And as 99 suggested, change your password to something complicated. Good luck.
