Default avitar assistence requested

Ok not sure why but every time I try to post my avatar link I keep getting "remote file too large"

well thats fine and dandy, but i've resized it multiple times and even made it so it was well under the size requirements for the avatar and I still receive that message, could someone kindly assist me with this? I would like to use the picture below (its the full sized image I wanted to use for my avatar) and assist me with getting it so I can use it as my avatar please?

Ok I'm thinking what you really wanted, was to put it as your signature pic which can only be 500X250 , if so use this one.

if you really did want it as an avatar pic no bigger than 150X150, then use this one.

But which ever one you use, right click save then post to your own viewing site as I will be removing it from mine in one week, or when I see you have added them to your profile.
Good day.
