Default Ignition fuse

I recently had a bad battery. I replaced the and the connectors because they corroded. Ever since I've had issues with the power windows, instrument cluster and radio resetting. Sometimes it will start up and sometimes it won't. I'll have to wait about 10 minutes to get it to start up again. I always have to give it gas to start up too. I've been doing some research and think maybe the ignition fuse got damaged from the old battery. Anyone have any experience with this?
