Keys locked inside car
I had this situation on a newly purchased 2021 GT Premium.
I leave my car locked at all times, even in the garage. I was leaving on a trip and put my keys in my carryon bag since I could relock the car at the airport with the handle push button. I went to the trunk, and put the carryon inside the trunk and closed it. Went to get into the car and it was locked, including now the trunk. I thought if the key was in the vehicle the car does not lock. Is this a malfunction?

Well unless using the Forum caused it:
I'd say you are in the wrong sub forum. Please take time to look at where you are posting.
As far as the issue you ran into. My guess is that the carryon bag blocked the signal that the key was inside. A 2021 should recognize the key presence and in my experience knows where it is in the car. Did you have it in one of the radio signal blocking type bags?
