I am a cyber tard and I can't figure out how to upload an avatar from a URL. Is that even possible? I want the pic in my sig to be my avatar.

 

save the avitar on your computer, then upload it. it has to be very small. if you need to make it smaller use "paint". you cant use one that is posted online, it has to be on your computer. that should do it.
