I have resized my picture as per your requiremnets and it says it was uploaded succesfully but it does notshow up on my posts or replies. What am doing wrong?

i've seen this happen before and even though it said the size requirements were met, all i did was resize the pic a tad smaller and it worked fine. if this doesn't work post the pic up and i'll check it out for you.
