Not sure how to host vids.

I will be doing some clips of my car tomorrow and I was wondering what is the best way to host a vid on this forum. Is there a way to host it directly to this forum or do I have to go through a place like streetfire (which sucks ***) or putfile. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
