Guys,

Can anyone tell me the recipe for vibratory finishing for Aluminum? I’m looking to finish a few aluminum castings and would like to get that satin aluminum tumble finish. So, I’m looking for the media, burnish, pH, the overall recipe. Also, and cleaning process for removing the 40 plus years of grim and dirt would be helpful as well.
