I have a 94 stang I bought a QA1 tubular k-member for. I am using a Hilborn scoop thru the hood, but when I installed the engine there is a 1" offset to the passenger side. This offset makes the scoop offset on the hood also. I already contacted Summit to make sure I have the right part (which I do) and contacted QA1 directly with no luck for a solution. I don't want to have the scoop sticking thru the hood off center, also I can't do much with the engine mount locations because of the rack and pinion shaft. Any suggestions?
