Default Buying a stang

Alright heres the deal, Ive been looking at stangs alot lately. I definatly want to get one but im not sure What year i should get....The main conflict going on in my mind is between the 4.6 or the 5.0 liter. Im looking for a mustang in between 94-98. So either a 94-95 for the five liter or 96-98 for the 4.6...What do you guys suggest keeping Sound, performance, and "upgradabilty" in mind... Thanks

I dont think there is any big performance differnce, a 94-95 stock mustang gt will run a 15.0 and so will a 96-98 the 4.6 has a smoother power band, 2 cams, and more advanced tech. 5.0 is easier to see mayjor power gains, but with a 4.6 all u need is stage 3 cams and PI head swap and hello 13s, am I right guys? Its just what you prefer really

well it might help get a few responses if it was posted in the right section. [8D]

This is "forum issues and feedback". It has nothing to do with tech.

Thread moved to general tech.
