I've done them, Timewise if you've never done them before it' gonna take awhile.
You'll need a spring compressor to start with. Air tools, jack stands ,jack.
I suggest you have someone help you. I use do springs all the time. So becarful!

a nice tip for the front since your a biginer , before you lower the control arm from the ball joint , put a chain inside the spring with a bolt nut deal so if it decides to pop out it will get stoped , unless you will have that compressor , but i cant stress being carful the front spring can come out with alot of force if you dont know what your doing , when iwas in a dealership one came out and broke a guys jaw , but the guy really didnt know what he was doing but just giving you a caution , get your car realinged to better handling angles ,

go for about 1 hour on each front spring and the rears about 45 mins. give or take a few. the more you do it the faster you get. tool:spring compressor, floor jack, hammer, various wrenchs and sockets, jackstands, a friend to lend a hand and a case of beer. that should do it.
