Headlight ****

Hey everyone I was wondering what is the problem with my headlight ****... when I pull it either the headlight by themselves go on or the parking lights but I have to mess with it to have them both on. Is it the **** itself or is it the wiring??

If you can manipulate the switch so they all work it is most likely the switch.
