i drain fluid out diconnect drive shaft ,,unbolt it from the bellhouising ,,lay it on my chest and take it out ,,,,dont forget to take shifter handle off,the trans only weights about 100lbs..,,you will need a clutch alinement tool ,,get a good clutch,,,new throw out bearing..thats all there is ,,just let anyone now if you have any problems..

*STANDING OVATION*

Good run down hotrod!Yeah thats all there is too it.Depending on your upper body mass i wouldnt recommend you lay it on your chest.Other than that its simple and straight foward.

You're usually better off droppin the tranny, less wires and sensors to remember where they go, lol. I used to get ribbed by some honda dip****s at school who thought Saturns were peices because you had to either take the motor out of the top or drop the tranny to replace a clutch.

Damn was I laughin when their clutch went bye bye, lol.

kinda funny you mention that. some idiot civic guy was in a "burnout" contest this weekend at the local Hots. so he revved it to 9 and dropped the clutch and was shifterin through the gears and all and he thought it was awesome cause he started seein smoke. so his friend walked over to the car and said "dude, your wheels arent spinnin!". he was smokin the clutch the whole time!! ROFL!!! ricer dumbass. so, since he is a ricer, he will have to pay someone to do it for him.
