about a year ago i was driving home when i went though abou 4-6 inches of water... i was driving really slow cause it was obviously raining hard didnt think it could hurt my car but in the weeks to follow my cooling fan would turn on high as soon as the car was on... then i put it away for the winter and now that i have it out for this season it will only run on low... no matter how warm the car get it WILL NOT run on high speed.....



Anyone have any ideas of whats wrong??
