Default 1966 heater control explained ?

Hi all,
I've just bought my first 1966 and can't quite work out the heater control.I realise this may sound like a dumb question.
Can some one please tell me what each of the three levers do ? There is "heat","temp" and "off".
Is there a floor/screen control ?
Any advice is appreciated.

Hey Ron.
I believe it is the same as my 67...
When you select heat (down), it directs the air to the floor - (up) directs it to the windshield.
When you select temp down it is hot air - selected temp up, it is cold air.
Hope this helps.

Welcome to the site. Hope you get it figured out. Try playing w/ the controls. Should be fairly simple.
