Cobra R rims

Cobra R rims
Quick question: Do they make 18" Cobra R rims 8.5" wide? The normal size is 18x9.5. I see references to 18x9, but I'm wondering if they make 8.5" ones.
Reason: Just put 18x9.5's all around on my car with 275's all around. The edge of the rims are even with the tires so there's no protection from close encounters. Also, the front wheels stick out from the fender slightly - don't like this. And, the back ones are in a good distance. I would like to make take the front ones to 265 or 255 with a 8.5" rim - will pull them in and give rims protection. Then put 285 or 295 on the back with the existing 9.5 rims. Then nothing will be sticking out of fender, all rims should have a little tire protection, and the tires will come to the edge of the fender(but not further than).
So I don't think 8.5s will do it - I think I would need 18"x8" cobra r's. Do they make them?
Any help greatly appreciated!

Hmm... no I had not thought of that. That means that with a 17" rim if I wanted ~same low profile look = smaller over all diameter OR to keep the same size diameter I would have to have a larger profile tire - so the profile would not look the same as the back.
I would guess the first option: ~same profile look with smaller overall diameter for the front would be the only way to go. Your thoughts?

RE: Cobra R rims
This may be a stupid thought, but if you have built in rear offset wheels and they're sticking out in the front you may have the rears on the front. Just a thought. Are they Ford Cobra R's or copies?

RE: Cobra R rims
You might want to double check. Because the 9.5 x 18 Cobra R's I was going to buy had the rear off set built in. It's there to push the rear wheel out so it looks better in the fender well. Maybe the place you got the from did not know that about Cobra R wheels. I'm going with a 9.5x18 front and a 10.5x18 rear instead off the off set.
