Default Looking to get a truck.

Im looking to get a 99-03 Super Duty. First and fore most as a DD. But i also understand i can make a fair bit of power. Does anyone have diesel turbo experience? How is the relibility? I know that these are notorias for CPS failure. Anything else i should look for? Other powerful truck suggestions?

Single cabs arent my thing so Lightnings arent in the pickings.

Is it something that needs replacing annually? I believe with the stage 1 and 2 upgrades they come with harness's and injectors.
