How long have you been running like this with the oil and antifreeze mixture?

My guess is that your mains are shot or atleast need checked and if you pull them to check it you might as well change them.

This can ruin a motor in just a short amount of time.My little bros S10 did the same and now its sitting behind the barn with one of the worst rod knocks ive ever heard!

You really need to pull it and go through it to be safe if you ask me.
