Hello, I have a problem with my 1999 mustang gt that I can't figure out.

Ingition has crank but will not start, guages at normal position when in crank but when released to ACC all guages max out then fall back to normal postion. Did a OBD test no faults were found . Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
