have 5.0

I reajusted roller rockers now car sounds like crap and idles to high 1500 or better, was working fine, i had a rocker knocking so i pulled it over and reajusted rockers on side of road( my first time adjusting)did not pull plugs, will that hurt it, it was set 2 days before that by professional, ran fine then.Could something else of happend, or did i screw it up.

Has xcam 1.6 roller rockers msd ign. race ported heads(from stock heads) cobra intake K&N cold air 5spd

 

most 5.0's the rockers wont ever knock unless for some reason they come loose and when they come loose it usually means the cam in the motor has a flat spot on one of the lobes
