Default Fiberglass Doors

Fiberglass Doors

You can have the normal working parts in this door right?
looks kind of solid and un-workable...
just like a piece of fiberglass that is formed to look like a door
just wanna know if i can have a door handle and locks n junk

OB, I'm beginning to think you've got more money than good sense! Fiberglass doors and hatches are basically a race only thing to cut weight. Not for street use unless you have a death wish!

hehe well the HATCH and Doors were pretty heavy...
thought i could cut a couple extra 100 lbs by lightening up the fenders n junk too
i dont PLAN on crashing but i guess you're right...

Probably since you still wouldn't have anyting in that space. You'd have it all around the door but if you got hit there it would still crunch right in.

Yeah even with a cage youre not safe.

No one plans on wrecking man it just happens.

I would go with at the maximum hatch,hood,and fenders and even then if you get hit its going to destroy all of that and do more damage to the unibody than usual.Remember man we have a unibody no frame rails and such to help out with the strength our cars are like legos they depend on everything for strength and support.
