Default muffler decision

i have an '86 5.0 GT. its completely stock, had a new clutch put in last week, but in the process of doing this, one of my O2 censors fell apart, so i have to drop the H pipe and put in a pair of censors, ($113 plus) ouch. so i figured that since its gonna be off, i might grab a couple mufflers to pop on at the same time
so, my question is, any recomendations for a rumbly sounding muffler i can grab off the shelf at the local canadian tire or some place like that?
i dont want to go get something, pop it on and not be happy with the sound, im sure we have all been there, also, im trying to source out some cheaper censors too
its alot of dough for them, holy cow!
i was thinking glasspacks, but i dunno, maybe some good ol fashioned thrush, get a neat sticker too, lol

especially with the 5.0 those flows will sound good, you wont be dissapointed... only thing is they aren't rediculously loud... which is a good thing in most cases
