I have a jensen mp3310 and two 6.5's jbl speakers and when i hook them up they sound worst than blown factory speakers,i checked for crossed wires none i ran new speaker wire still didn't help any one know what could be causing this?Would a amp fix my problem?<img border="0" src=smileys/smiley5.gif border="0">

 

a nice amp could help how powerful depends on your future stereo if your just going to keep your six anhalves by nines you can get a cheap 450 wattamp if your planning on getting subs you might need 800 - 1000 watt amp. 1000 watt being if you get 12s or bigger which i personally dont like b/c i think its dirty bass but w/e floats your boat.
