I know I have seen this online but I don't remember where. Its an intake that uses your stock hood scoop you just cut it out and use their duck work. This is oviously for the 99+ Mustangs. Any one has any ideas on where I could find this? Thanks

Hey thanks for the link but I need one for using the stock hood scoop in an 04 GT not for the Mach 1. Well, I found it so here is the link if any one is interested..http://www.mustang35th.com/news0113.html

 

Those will go through the stock scoop on the newer GT's, you just have to remove the cover part of it. They are made to fit through the hole that's there though. You only have to cut if you're putting it on a fox.

 

I hit the link you gave for the ram air using the stock scoop and kar kraft does not seem to be selling that kit anymore. Did you find it anywhere else because it is something I would like to look into.

Ummm, don't know where else might sell it, if there's a number on their home page just give them a call and I'm sure you can find somewhere. They're mostly an appearance thing, they're not gonna do anything over an cold air unless you're doing like over 100mph.

 

Thats kinda what I thought also. Why invest that much in a ram air system and not get half the affect you would of a cai? Crazy!

 

Well it's not gonna be any better but should be just as good, it's more of a cool factor and to have something different.
