Default Holley Carb Help ??

Hi all-
I need some help identifying a Holley Carb I just purchased. Im putting this on an 88 5.0 temp motor, so I didnt know where else to put this question. If there is anyplace it should be moved to or someplace I should check please let me know!

I believe this is a 4180 series carb, 600 cfm. Numbers on it are E3TE 9510 SB with a list number of 50005.

I dont know which rebuild kit I need or exactly how to identify it. Any info would be greatly apreciated.

Thanks!

Well here is all I could come up with. I couldn't fing anything with the numbers you gave.

http://www.holley.com/search.asp type in 600 CFM

I'll keep looking, I thought I had a list on my site somewhere.

If you could, can you verify the list # and the other numbers? I just looked in my Holley book and found nothing with the numbers 9510 or 50005.

The numbers are definately correct--its a motorcraft carb built by holley if that makes any difference at all. Its an aluminum carb.

Thats a factory production carb. 83-85GT's came with them. And no theyre not a good carb by any means, you should get a Edelbrock 650 w/ vac sec. I think www.summitracing.com sells remanned ones for under $200.

Ok, I have *some* info on that particular carb as well as a multitude of holley tuning tech on my site in the "carb/general engine" section. http://www.my5oh.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=32

I'll see what else I can dig up

Thanks! I cant get to that link Im not a member--should I or is there cuttin and pastin of any info you could give me?? As far as an edelbrock carb, i know they are cheap, but I got this one for 25 dollars---and if its rebuilt the right way its much better than when it rolled out of the factory--again, its only a temp motor for my car till the 408 is done---thanks for all the info---much apreciated---
