Dunlops....
Anybody run Dunlop SP 8000s? I want a 245/50r15 tire and the Dunlop SP 8000s come in that size, and they seem to have good reveiws and ratings for wet weather, but I figured I'd ask around a little. I'm always breaking loose and sliding with my nearly worn out Eagle GTIIs, but they're not nearly bald or anything so I need something that is a real signifigant improvement. I don't care about snow/ice performance because I'm going to pick up a pair of steel rims from a junkyard Mustang this fall and mount the biggest, knobbiest snow tires I can fit to put on the rear. But for now, I'm curious to opinions and expeiriences with these Dunlops.
My current tires say 225/60r15 on them. The alloy rims are 16" from edge to edge, they're those ones with the 10 hemispherical holes in it and the little hubcap.
