351C Questions!
Okay, my brother has been working on a project car for the past few months. He just came across a 351C block and traded an old set of extra rims for it. The block is in perfect condition and he now wants to start putting money into it. He is looking for a few places that sell and offer internals as kits to help ensure that everything is compatible along the way. The budget is sorta tight now, so please keep this in mind. Any ideas and recommendations will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks guys!

RE: 351C Questions!
tell me exatly what he wants to accomplish and what is the budget? Be careful what you read around here about the cleveland as alot of the people here were not even born when the cleveland was around and just keep saying the same untrue crap that they heard from their buddies brother who read it on the internet. 98% of what people say about the cleveland is totally false. Now tell me what you want to achieve and how much money you got, then I can tell you exactly what to do

RE: 351C Questions!
That signature block is definitely the **** man.
I had a 351C in an old Ford Truck when I was 17. That thing could guzzle some damn gas, LOL.
He wants to be around 450~500 HP. He doesn't care if that requires a S/C or Turbo -- he just doesnt want Nitro in it.
I am not sure of his budget and neither is he. He simply said, the more it costs, the longer it will take to complete.
With that said, sounds like he plans on this project car taking a little bit of time to complete. That's fine though, I keep telling him not to rush into anything that he may regret.
I already told him that its going to take some dough to get her up to the 450~500 HP range. The S/C alone will put him over $3K.
That is why I am asking you guys for help.

RE: 351C Questions!
Is this going into a Fox or SN95 Stang? And if so is it going to be a stick car? I have my combo info at home and if he wants to build 450 HP on motor without any form of power adder I can take my set up off my PC at home and paste it on here for him to duplicate. It can be done on a budget if you shop hard and do the majority of work yourself.
