Any urethane bushings will be an improvment over rubber ones.

no like energy suspension, any polyurethanes are good but dont necessarily agreee with using them for motor mounts or tranny mounts. they tend to stiffen TO much when used on motor and the trans. if its on the street, i would use stock motor mounts and trans, but replace everything else. especially sway bar, control arms

Yea, you don't need the motor and tranny mounts, don't know why they push those so much in the kits.

energy suspension makes great bushings. you'll hear more road noise because they don't absorb noise as well as rubber bushings, but its a little scarfice.
