For a week or so now I've hear d a weird sound form my car whenever I pass a avan or something parked along the side of the road or anything that reflects the sound of my car... Like a (Tss.... Tsssss... sound) I couldn't figure it out.. brakes... axle even? I had my sister drive the car around our cul-de-sac and I couldn't hear anything....

Well, she drove it slow so I deduced that it was my shocks..so on the way home from GNC I hit the brakes hard on our street...major nose dive...you could hear the front depress and and then the rear w/ that same Tssss... Sound... are my shocks busted?

I can't say if yours are bad or not, but I can tell you that I have owned 8 mustang and have never heard the shocks compress . Not sure if this helps, but good luck.
