Thank for the reply! yes I have a new trans mount and a new allum drive shaft and universal joints also. I just put in new bearings in the rear to take care of the roar, all thats left is this problem and its driving me nuts. No major burnouts because I am trying to bring this car back form the dead. The previous owner must have loved the movie FAST & FURIOUS because it had all the after market bumpers and side skirts and spoiler on it. looked like sh*t so I got her to fix up and make it look like a stang again. you can see it here https://mustangforums.com/photo.asp?...Type=6&apage=1 Top pics are after i got her home and I had ripped off the side skirts and replaced the spoiler and the bottom are allmost present just a few changes since then.

Thanks she has a long way to go. I hope mine looks as good as the three you have when she is finished. The 83 rocks and the purple one needs no words.

No idea could be balancer, If using a 5 speed, check your thrust bearings. Have someone step on the clutch and see if your balancer moves forward at all. If it does your bearings are shot. Just hope thats it not the problem/ Keep us posted
