Is the injector cleaner you get in a bottle and add to an empty gas tank good or bad(harmful)?
Or do they have to be professionally cleaned? (that is, cleaned by someone who knows what they are doing with an engine)

 

well I would fill youre tank up with gas then put the injector cleaner thought, It could make youre engine idle like crap on a empty tank.

I meant, do those products work, are they any good, is there a brand that works better than others...etc.

 

fill your tank 1/2 full pour in a can of BG PRODUCTS FUEL INJECTOR CLEANER then finsh filling the tank run it down til near empty

 

Chevron injector cleaner is good, comes in a black bottle and goes in with gas.
