Nitrous. Cheapest way to get quick power. A Stock car will handle around 75 hp shot.

Other than that, full exhaust is a good place to start. Mid pipe and cat-back will add about 7-10 hp

before you do that i would recommend putting headers and high-flow cats on it as well as an intake. why u may ask? because nitrous makes your engine work harder. it needs more air to work harder and that air and eventually exhaust needs a fatty escape route if u know what i mean.
