I used them for my headlights and foglights for my Expedition, the light is brighter and has a blue tint to them but not HID quality. Also the headlights on the website will not fit your mustang because those are h1 headlights for use on projector headlights[sm=badbadbad.gif]

Ok then the bulb will emit a slight blue tint but still be brighter than stock. [sm=badbadbad.gif]

whats the deal over you wanting them to have a blue tint to them? is there somehow a advantage to them having a blue hue?

actual projector headlamps. really good. i get 100% even light dispersion across the road. not just 2 blobs of light like the stock headlamps.

i've used those cheaper bulbs in my car before... and it's really hit or miss with those. i've even seen bulbs like that, that've melted due to the crappy blue coating. i've used to use Piaa bulbs those worked real good. but i'm using Raybrig lights now... they're cheaper than Piaa and so far... almost 2 years of use with no problem at all.

these are the ones i use...

it's a barely noticable blue/purple... but much brighter than the Piaa Super Whites.

another word of advice... upgrade the headlight harness. just cut off the exsisting harness and replace it with a thicker gauge pigtail. available at autozone or o'reilly's.

I have those same bulbs in my car. They are not as bright as i had hopped but they look better than the stock bulbs.
