Default Radiator Fan

I have a 95 mustang Cobra.
Anyway my radiator fan seized up on my way to work this morning. This is not a good thing especially in the heat of Dallas. The engine got hot but never overheated. Well I got the fan out and was trying to seperate the fan from the fan motor (I have an electric fan) but could not figure out how to seperate the motor from the fan. Have any of you done this? How do you seperate the two. I was trying to pound on the motor shaft, but it doesn't seem to seperate that way by just pulling the fan off of the shaft.

Thanks,
Steve

Default RE: Radiator Fan

Well I figured it out. Just a little more elbow grease and the fan came off. I got a new motor and that should be the end of my problems. . .
