Have you checked to see that there is enough coolant in the radiator and there is not an air pocket in the cooling system? Is the a/c working now?

I think that since there was an installation of a Condensor(in front of your Rad),you are impairing the airflow to your cooling system.Did this car come with A/C from the factory? Now you may require a larger(double or triple core Rad). The fans may also be an issue.Give us as much data as you can, because it helps.Since it is a 95 Stang I would say change out the rad (if it is 11 years old),and see if that brings your temp. down. Put in a cooler thermostat while you are at it.Obviously your cooling system can be improved upon.

Did you get the correct rotation water pump? If may have the wrong pump, which is now turning backwards.
