Do they help much? And which ones to get. before i twist me car to hell lol

get Maximum's Motorsports Full Length subframes, the ones powdercoated black, they will rust if you dont paint them with something, this will keep your stang from twisting

oh and for rear controls check out the HPM Mega-Bite Jr. kit, its fully adjustable and you can set it to get 110% more traction than stock. i asume that something like that is what you are looking for?

you want full length weld in's..they do not how ever help with traction

get yourself some adjustable drafg shocks to help with wt transfer

get jacking rails to...they stiffen up the frame, and make it easy to jack the car up
